DELIVERABLES

3D MODELS & SOURCE FILES
While I create custom 3D models for many of my animation commissions, these models remain part of my studio's production assets and are not included with commissions.This includes (but is not limited to):☆ Blender (.blend) files☆ 3D model files (.fbx, .obj, .glb, .gltf, etc.)☆ Character rigs and armatures☆ Textures and source materials☆ Animation files☆ Working scenes☆ Production filesMy commissions are priced around creating finished artwork and animations not transferring the underlying assets used to create them.
REVISIONS
☆ Up to 2 rounds of reasonable minor revisions are included during the work-in-progress stage unless otherwise stated.☆ Additional revision rounds may require an additional fee.☆ Major changes to an approved character design, concept, environment, animation, or project direction may require an additional fee.☆ The client is responsible for reviewing work-in-progress previews and communicating requested changes during the appropriate revision stage.☆ Approval of a design, model, scene, or animation stage may be considered approval to continue production. Changes to previously approved work may require an additional fee.☆ Changes requested after final approval or delivery may be treated as additional work.
PAYMENT
☆ After submitting your commission request, I will contact you to discuss the project details and confirm availability.☆ Once the commission has been accepted, a secure Shopify payment link will be sent to you.☆ Payment is required upfront before work begins.☆ If you need additional time to complete payment, please let me know in advance. I can only begin work once payment has been received.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
☆ Full refund if I haven't started.☆ If a commission is cancelled after work has started, any refund will be based on the progress made at the time of cancellation. Since every project is unique, refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.☆ No refunds after the final files have been delivered.
OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, I retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to my artwork, animations, models, and production assets.Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork, 3D models, project files, or production assets.Clients receive a license to use the final commissioned deliverables for the specific purposes agreed upon before the project begins.For commercial commissions, the client receives a limited commercial license covering the approved usage. Payment of a commercial licensing fee does not constitute a transfer or sale of copyright.
COMMERCIAL & PROMOTIONAL
☆ Any commission used to promote a business, brand, product, service, artist, music release, event, monetized platform, or other commercial activity is considered commercial/promotional use.☆ Commercial/promotional commissions require an appropriate usage license. Licensing fees are separate from the cost of creating the artwork and compensate for the commercial use of the finished work.☆ Commercial use does not require the content itself to be directly monetized. For example, artwork or animation used to promote an artist, song, business, product, or service may constitute promotional use even if the individual post does not directly generate revenue.☆ Unless otherwise stated, social media promotional licensing covers organic posting only to the client's own social media accounts. Paid advertisements, sponsored media placements, boosted posts, third-party advertising, or use by labels, agencies, sponsors, or other organizations are not included unless agreed upon in writing.☆ The specific license will be agreed upon before work begins and may be limited by platform, purpose, duration, campaign, or other agreed terms.☆ Additional or expanded usage may require an additional licensing fee.
ADDITIONAL USAGE
If you would like to use commissioned artwork beyond the originally agreed-upon purpose (such as commercial campaigns, advertising, merchandise, or other extended uses), please contact me before doing so.Additional usage rights may require a separate written agreement and licensing fee.Please note that I do not sell or license my original 3D production assets or source files as part of my commission services.

I have been making this website for a few days. I have been putting a lot of love and effort into it knowing that there is a very strong possibility that maybe no one will even see it... but that is okay with me because I am having a lot of fun doing it (:When I was younger, I would surf the web there were so many interesting/fun things to look at and do. As times changed, so has the use for computers. Especially, since a majority of interactions anymore are through social media and through our phones in general. I had felt like a lot of the internet has become dull and lacking a life it used to spew being minimized to a never ending doom-scroll with nothing behind it.But! I was pleasantly wrong!Through my journey of making my website I clicked and clicked and clicked, craving something deeper. Wondering in this ginormous void on the internet about all the sites that have been forgotten and haven't been touched in years. I found many websites that were made with a lot of love and intent that are still very well alive. Neocities is a website that is thriving with so many creative individuals who are trying to revive the internet. In the future, I may make one as well. I feel really inspired.Maybe it's just been too long and I truly forgot the art of clicking and going down the rabbit hole. There are corners of the internet still blooming. Many people out there are keeping a lost art from dying. Even with the possibility of it not being seen like it deserves to be.Here I'd like to leave a few websites that peaked my curiosity and deserve a click!

These little frogs are grass-green colored, usually with a creamy colored line running from the jaw along the flanks. Males make a really loud noise thats a bit like quacking, which is sometimes known as a "rain call" because they tend to make a lot of noise before rains, but which can also be stimulated by external noises. They eat an assortment of bugs including crickets, moths, and flies.
